This notice covers this website, fabric.synegen.com. It adds detail to the Synegen Privacy Policy, which applies to all Synegen, Inc. websites.

What this site collects

This site has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no cookies. It does not load fonts, scripts or images from other companies.

Like most websites, it keeps access logs. Each log entry records the request, including your IP address, your browser type, the page requested and the time.

How we use access logs

We use access logs to run the site, diagnose problems and investigate security issues. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them.

How long we keep them

Access logs are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Where the site is hosted

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services, and its logs are stored in the United States. AWS handles this data as our service provider.

Links to other sites

Talk to Synegen takes you to the contact page on synegen.com, where the Synegen Privacy Policy applies. Anything you submit there is handled under that policy.

Enter Oliver takes you to the sign-in page for Oliver, a separate Synegen service that this notice does not cover.

Learner and client data

This site holds no learner data and no client data. Data handled by the Learning Fabric product is governed by the agreement with each client, not by this notice.
